Competition Terms & Conditions

1. The promoter of this prize draw is Dahabshiil.com, powered by online remittance provider TalkRemit
2. The prize draw is open to all Instagram subscribers aged 18 years or over, except employees of the promoter, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw.
3. The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.
4. The Prize consists of fee-free transfers for one calendar year and £100 credit to be used on the Dahabshiil website or App before June 30th 2023. The Prize is to be awarded to three randomly selected individuals who must be following @dahabshiil_app’s Instagram profile.
5. Entries can be submitted starting from March 24th, and all entries must be received by 23:59 on April 21st, 2022. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
6. To enter the prize draw on Instagram, you must follow @dahabshiil_app’s Instagram profile, comment #iSharewithDahabshiil and tag a friend.
7. The Prize will be awarded to three winners selected randomly using a random comment picker on April 24th, 2022. The winners will be announced on Instagram and notified by message to their Instagram account within seven days of the judging process. The winners will then need to provide their name, address, email address, and phone number so that the prize can be transferred to them.
8. Bonus entries can be earned by tagging more friends on the same post.
9. Prizes are non-negotiable and non-transferable. No alternative prizes are offered.
10. We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.
11. The prize winners are bound by the Dahabshiil.com terms and conditions.  We reserve the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
12. Our decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
13. We are obliged by law either to publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, we will send the surname and country of prize winners to anyone who emails [email protected] or writes to 2 Kingdom St, London W2 6BD (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in paragraph 4. If you object to any or all of your surname and country being published or made available, please contact us at [email protected]. In such circumstances, we must still provide the information and winning entry to the UK’s Advertising Standards Authority on request.
